Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is a country musician and singer born in America. She was in 2007 when she had released two singles as well as an album called Satisfied. Then she formed the Pistol Annies group with Angaleena Lambert, Miranda Lambert and Angaleena. The group later debuted her second album called Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe works as the Village Manager Assistant in Riverside Illinois. With over 15 years working experience, she's worked in various public positions which included five years in the Iowa City deputy City Manager post. As Assistant Village Director, she manages the Community Development and Building Department. The department is responsible for coordinating grant applications and finishing special projects. Ashley is in charge of the daily operations at Riverside Village and also for implementing the goals and strategies of elected officials. Her previous roles included city planning and government communications budgeting personnel management and collective bargaining and concentration on climate action initiatives. Through her involvement in the national community and working in communities with populations ranging Ashley has gained an understanding of the complexities differences and similarities when it comes to the ways public agencies operate. Ashley's teaching focuses on the current approach to management and leadership within public sector organizations, based on her experience as a practitioner.
