Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actor and singer. Her fame is based on her work in the theatre as well as for playing Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. Chelsea Daniels is one of Van der Pol's best-known and most recognizable characters among adults, teenagers as well as children. Van der Pol performed pop/R&B versions from The Lion King Circle of Life and Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish My Heart Makes as part of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. The year 2006 saw her performed the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania. She recorded several of the songs from the Broadway production which included A Change in Me.
